CEO & FOUNDER
Jessica Nilsson Williams
Jessica founded Mundus International in 2012 and has built it into a trusted intelligence partner for embassies and institutions across Northern Europe. She brings over two decades of expertise in Swedish and international politics, political advisory, business intelligence, and embassy operations.
CFO & COUNTRY MANAGER POLAND
Sean Williams
Sean brings extensive experience in strategy, business development and energy markets. He began his career with BP before leading strategy at NASDAQ Commodities. He is also the co-founder of two energy startups and serves on the board of the Australian Business Council in Scandinavia.
COO & COUNTRY MANAGER FINLAND
Charlotte Perlaky
Charlotte joined Mundus in 2022. In 2026, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer having built deep expertise in operations management. She holds a BSc from Lund University and an MSc from the Swedish Defence University with a background in crisis management and political science.
