Danish security policy is in flux. Defence and security have become the top concern of Danish citizens, spending commitments are at a historic high and stories of hybrid threats have become a regularity. As a deeply committed EU and NATO member at a time when both blocs face profound challenges, Denmark is charting a path to safeguard its own security, as well its role in safeguarding European and global security.

At this seminar, Lone Wisborg will explore how Denmark’s security strategy is evolving amid shifting geopolitical realities. Lone Wisborg brings deep knowledge of geopolitics and international security, having most recently served as Denmark's Ambassador to NATO and, prior to that, Ambassador to the United States.
